At the time of the 1930 US Federal census, the following individuals with the name Anna Hubbard can be found in the Ancestry.com indices:
Anna M. Hubbard, who was born in Germany, was a maid in the home of Phillip A. Wolfe, a Cadillac, Michigan optometrist.
Anna C Hubbard resided with her husband Robert and a family of nine children in Antrim County, Michigan.
Anna Hubbard, 10 year old daughter of Howard Hubbard of Stephenson, Menominee, Michigan.
I have no idea if any of these individuals sent this card, but I doubt it was the child in Menominee County.
