This deed again refers to John P. Fenton, his father John Fenton died in 1872. This is the same land as described in the deed recorded in Liber 7 page 439, which was for the 1874 taxes. For reasons I do not understand, it is described as two 40 acre pieces, instead of an 80 as it was described on the previous deed.
