A part of Section 13, T11N R13W beginning at the SW corner of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/2, then running E 61 rods, then N 20 rods 4 ft, then W 61 rods, then S 20 rods 4 ft to the beginning, excluding 7 rods square in the SW corner for the Advent Church of Ashland.
