"You must pre-register in order to be assured that you can attend the classes that you desire. We will select the appropriate sized room to fit the demand for the class. Without pre-registration we cannot do a decent job of accommodating all the participants. It is essential that you mail us your choices for lectures. We require a first choice and an alternative choice for each hour. The earlier you pre-register, the more likely it is that you will receive your 1st choice lectures. There is no cost for the Genealogy Seminar. It is free. There will, however, be a cost for your lunch, if you order it through us, for the CD, and a fee for materials for the scrapbooking class. Pre-registration and all fees need to be received by us no later than September 15, 2009. "
